Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Thanks for shopping with Sogo Snacks. We offer free, fast shipping, always! All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Generally, we ship same day if an order is received by noon CST. Sometimes as late as 3:30 p.m.
Carriers
We use USPS to deliver most orders. Larger orders will sometime be shipped via UPS.
Order Tracking
We will update your order with the tracking information. This will also be emailed to you.
Shipping Rates
All orders ship free.
Backorders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. It’s probable that extra goodies will be sent for the inconvenience.

Returns & Refunds
For food safety reasons, we generally don't accept returns unless the items are defective. If you'd like to return an order, send an email to dan@sogosnacks.com to notify us. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once your items are received, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and notify you on the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
