Shipping and Returns



Shipping

We offer free, fast shipping, always*! All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (except when the post office is closed for a holiday).

Generally, we ship the same day if an order is received by 12:00 p.m. CST. Sometimes as late as 3:30 p.m.

We ship to any U.S. state, territory, PO Box, or Military address).

Carriers

We use USPS Ground Advantage to ship most orders. Orders over 20 pounds (240 sticks or more) are shipped via UPS. Additional shipping options are available for an additional fee (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Saver).

Order Tracking

All shipments come with tracking information which will be emailed to you.

Shipping Rates

*All orders ship free except anything over 1 lb. to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. An additional shipping charge for these destinations is required to cover the added shipping expense.

Returns & Refunds

For food safety reasons, we generally don't accept returns unless the items are damaged. If you'd like to return a damaged item within 30 days of purchase, send an email to dan@sogosnacks.com to notify us. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your items are received, we'll inspect the damaged product and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and notify you on the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

We're happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective product.

Exchanges

We generally only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange items that aren't damaged, send an email to dan@sogosnacks.com for prior approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective. 

If you are shipping items valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that items will be received since it's out of our control.
